Ada Main Street is excited to announce their Christmas On Main event happening this Saturday. December 3rd! There will be free carriage rides, hayrides, inflatables, and pictures with Santa.

The time has finally arrived, it is basketball season in Allen. The teams hit the ground running with home games on Monday and Tuesday plus another home game slated for Friday.

Senior Night 2022 honoring Allen’s senior football players, band members and cheerleaders was held this past Friday evening, prior to the Allen/Mounds game.

With the 34-6 win last Friday’s on the Mustangs trip to Savanna, they secured a spot in the playoffs. “We were happy to be in the playoff picture, but we are looking for more, wins these next two weeks will let us start the playoffs on Mustang field.

The high school football career on nine Mustang seniors will be celebrated next Friday, November 4th, in a ceremony before they take the home field in their final regular season game against Mounds. Senior Night festivities will start at 6:15 p.m., the game will begin at 7:00 p.m.

It was a wonderful Homecoming 28-12 win for the Mustangs over Liberty. The win moved Allen’s record to 5-2 overall and 3-1 in district and sitting in a 3ways tie for second place in the playoff race. Stroud is sitting in the drivers seat.

On Wednesday, October 5th, Allen High School’s Student Council attended the District 4 Leadership Conference on the campus of Ada High School.

The Mustangs came home and hosted Wewoka for a district contest winning 41-12.

The Lady Mustangs had a strong first day in the Regional Tournament hosted by top ranked Caddo. Allen started the day beating Bennington to face the Caddo. The Lady Mustangs may have played best game of their season and gave Caddo a scare. The loss put the Ladies in the loser’s bracket.
