As the Mustangs move from the field to court Coach Chad Elerick had this to say about the football season: “One and nine certainly isn’t desirable, but there were some positives. The core of young players that stayed in tune and continued to grind when we may have been out matched is important.

Sienna Rose will be traveling to Nashville to attend the Josie Awards this weekend. She was nominated for Vocalist of the Year - under 18. This is her second year to receive this nomination. While in town, she will be recording a couple more songs that should be out later this year.

The Allen Mustangs took the game down to the wire but held on for dear life and picked up win #1 over Mounds last Friday 32-30.

Allen Varsity Mustangs Dextry Bowerman drove in five runs on three hits to lead Allen Mustangs past Wewoka 15-0 on Thursday. Bowerman tripled in the first scoring two, doubled in the second scoring two, and singled in the first scoring one.

Allen traveled to Wynnewood and matched the Savages touchdown for touchdown in the first half.
