Bettie Lou Romano passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Alliance Midwest City, Midwest City, Oklahoma, at the age of 73.

Bettie was born February 24, 1947 in Houston, Texas to Dewey Rash and Pauline Newton Rash. She graduated from Aldin High School in Houston, Texas. Bettie married Jerry Romano May 25, 1966 in Houston, Texas. She worked as a Nurse Aide.

She was a member of Allen Church of Christ. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bettie enjoyed gardening, working her flower bed, mowing, taking care of her yard and outdoor activities.

Bettie is preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Pauline Rash; husband Jerry Romano; son Dominick Romano; brothers Paul Rash, Dewey Rash, and Harvel Gene Rash; sisters Laverne Webster, Sue Wagnone and Jeannette Buck.

She is survived by her son Jerry Wayne Romano and wife Deborah of Coalgate; daughters Kimberly Wilson and husband Lance of Allen, Andrea Nail of Mounds; nine grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren; sister Pam Pace and husband George of Hemphill, Texas; brothers; William (Bill) Rash and wife Dorothy of Lufkin, Texas, and Thomas Rash and wife Connie of Camp Verde, Arizona. Bettie is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Wednesday and Thursday, November 4 th and 5 th , at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville.

Family and friends gathering will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, November 5 th , at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville,.

Graveside service will be 1:00 pm Friday, November 6 th , at the Non Cemetery with Mark Legg offi ciating. Pallbearers are Jon Romano, Hunter Romano, Joseph Scott, Lance Wilson, Brett Nail and Dalton Nail.

Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
