Freda Laverne Smith Kelley died February 14, 2022 in her home in Newport News, Virginia. She was 85.
Born to Wallace (Pete) and Cleo Smith in Allen, she graduated from Allen High School.
Freda was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leamon Kelley; and son, Rodney Kelley.
She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Kelley; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her sister, Billie Ann Smith Reed.
Interment was in Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Newport News, Virginia.
