Area children need to start making their lists to be ready when Santa visits in downtown Allen on Saturday, December 16th. Since there won’t be snow for the reindeer to pull the sleigh, the Jolly Ole Man will arrive by fire truck at 2:00 p.m. and visit with children on west Main Street.

The Allen Mustang bands have been hard at work to bring a little Christmas cheer to you and the rest of the community with their Merry Mustang Concert.
We’re sure Haven Ward’s favorite song this Christmas is “All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth!” We have our doubts about Santa having teeth in his sack of gifts but maybe soon they’ll appear. Haven is a 1st grader at Allen Elementary.
