Service Saturday for Viola Misenhimer
Memorial services for Viola Lillian Misenhimer, 95, of Shafter, California, will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 8th , at the Lula Cemetery. Shawn Reeves will offi ciate.
Mrs. Misenhimer passed away Monday, April 29, 2019, at her home in Shafter. She was born October 30, 1923, in Lula, where she lived until moving to Shafter in 1960. She lovingly tended her gardens of vegetables and flowers and enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She enjoyed the company of many dear friends and family members and often shared stories from her childhood.
Survivors include her beloved children, Phyllis Sanders of Oklahoma, Lawanda Cramer of Bakersfield, California, and William Misenhimer from Palm Springs, California; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
