Service held for Beth Babb

Mary Elizabeth Babb passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023 in Yukon, Oklahoma at the age of 50.

Beth was born May 14, 1973 in Ada, Oklahoma to Joseph Brent Loftis of Corona Del Mar, California and Marilyn (Beshears) Velasquez of Yukon, Oklahoma. Beth graduated from Holdenville High School and then furthered her education at East Central University in pursuit of becoming a childhood educator. She was a Pre-K Teacher in Holdenville for many years and currently was teaching Pre-K at Justice Public Schools. Beth loved her children, teaching, arts, antiques, and gardening. She loved Holdenville and her family.

Beth was preceded in death by her grandparents Ted and Louise Beshears and grandmother Mary Jo Carlson.

She is survived by her children Kirstan Evans of Mustang, and Eriq Clark of Holdenville; mother Marilyn Velasquez of Yukon; father Joseph Brent Loftis of Corona Del Mar, California; grandchild Bryar Evans; siblings Becky Elliott of Allen, Joe Brent Loftis and wife LeAnn Loftis of Sulphur, and Samuel Loftis of Corona Del Mar, California. Beth is survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00am, Thursday, October 19th, at the First Baptist Church of Wewoka with Dr Michael Vallandingham officiating. Interment will follow at Holdenville Cemetery.
