The Allen School Class of 1961-62 will be gathering for a reunion of their classmates from their twelve years of school. All former members are urged to come, even though they may have moved to another city before this class graduated.

Mark your calendar and save the date! The 96 Annual Allen Alumni Weekend will be June 17 and 18 and organizers are planning for a large turnout.

Wayne Bullard spoke at the Allen Memorial Day Ceremony this past Monday. Following his speech he was presented with an American Flag that had flown aboard an Air Control Squadron Mission through hostile skies over Iraq on Operation Inherent Resolve.

Memorial Day Services at Calvin Cemetery will be held Sunday May 29 , at 2 p.m.

Join the Allen Masonic Lodge for breakfast Saturday, June 4 , from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m., at the Lodge on West Broadway. The breakfast fund-raisers are held the first Saturday of each month with a menu of sausage, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns and coffee.
