The Mustangs started off the season with a 47-30 win over Elmore City. The Mustangs scored 5 times before Elmore City ever found paydirt.

Citizens of Allen have noticed periods of low water pressure and even sometime of no water during the week.

A free concert by Kyle Dillingham, a Grand Ole Opry guest artist, will be held this Friday afternoon, September 9th, at the Fuzzy Coo Farmz east of Gerty. The concert will begin at 4:00 p.m. and everyone is asked to bring their own lawn chairs.
