Lynda Webster of Allen passed away at Mercy Hospital, Ada, on Monday, September 19, 2022. She was born November 18, 1946 in Odessa, Texas.

The Allen football team ended their non-district assignments with a thrilling 2OT win over Coalgate here Friday “All I can say is we never gave up and made the big plays when it counted most,” said Coach McCreary..

The Allen Masonic Lodge will be hosting a Rib Dinner this Saturday. Serving will begin at 6:00 pm and those attending will enjoy a meal of ribs, “taters”, beans and coleslaw for only $5.

The Allen and Calvin Masonic Lodges will be doing a Rib Sale Fundraiser to benefit Morris and Diane Chiles. The Chiles home burnt this past month. Order your Side of Ribs for $25 from any member of the Allen or Calvin Lodges. They will be ready for pickup on Saturday, September 24th.
