Thomas ‘Tommy’ Harman, 71, left his earthly home on November 22, 2022 in his home with his family by his side. He was born on February 5, 1951 to J.B. Harman and Fay Jones Harman.

Tommy attended several schools during his childhood and graduated from Wanette High School. He then went on to attend Okmulgee Technical College, where he picked up his skill for oil field fabrication and restoration of automobiles. Tommy was always an avid and successful calf roper and team roper. In April 1975 married Camilla ‘Jan’ Spicer Harman. They were married for 48 years. Tommy loved his wife and children as well as rodeoing. Every weekend the family would be on the rodeo trail where many friends and family were made. Tommy continued to team rope until July of this year.

Tommy leaves behind his wife ‘Jan’; daughters Taffy Harman of Choctaw, and Tandy and Preston Bowerman of Tupelo; son and best friend Cory and Kari Harman of Tupelo; grandchildren Kinsey and husband Chance Drawbaugh; great-granddaughter Anna; grandsons Wyatt Hendrix, and Bry Bratcher; granddaughter Darcy Bowerman; grandsons Dayne Bowerman, Shayne Harman, Kolt Carrel, and Baylor Bratcher; granddaughter Dextry Bowerman; and sisters-in-law Mary Harman and Donna Harman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, JB and Faye Harman; and his brothers, Ed Harman and Doug Harman.

A celebration of life was held from on November 26th at Cross Cut Cowboy Church, Ada, .
