Ina B. Howard, a resident of Wynnewood, was born on June 11, 1932 in Allen to Susan (Maxwell) and Walter Center. She passed away at her home on June 11, 2019 at the age of 87. Ina grew up and attended school in Allen graduating from Allen High School. She married Lindell Howard on December 15, 1948 in Allen. They moved to Wynnewood in 1956 and spent the rest of their lives there. Ina worked for the State School in Pauls Valley and retired there. She was preceded in death by her husband Lindell on December 13, 2011, a son Charles Howard, and a grandson Kevin Howard. She is survived by a son, Darrell Howard and wife Yoli of Wynnewood; daughter-in-law Judy Howard of Elmore City; four grandchildren, Chet Howard and wife Rachel, Kari Howard, Craig Howard and wife Christy, and Darren Howard and wife Amy; and a host of great- and great-great-grandchildren. Services were held on Friday, June 14^th , at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Wynnewood, officiated by Rev. Jarrod Kendall with burial following at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood. Services were under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home of Wynnewood.
