Carol Sue Bingham, 70, of Ada, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, March 11th, 2023 in Ada. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 16th, 2023 at Estes-Phillips Funeral Home in Ada, Oklahoma.

Carol was born October 23, 1952 in Bristow, Oklahoma to Emery Holt and Edith Helms Holt. Carol attended and graduated from Latta High School. She married Sammy Bingham in Ada, Oklahoma on March 8, 1978 and they had two children from that union. Carol was proudly employed at Southern Oklahoma Nutrition Program for over thirty years. Carol loved spending time with her daughter and grandchildren, whether that is running around town or stopping in at their favorite restaurant for a bite to eat. She would always check in on them and see what they are up to, when they were not together. When Carol had a little extra time on her hands, she might just stop in at a local casino to try her luck. Carol was a wonderful caretaker to her husband Sammy throughout their entire marriage, and after his passing, her caring heart only grew for her daughter, grand-children and great grand-child. Carol loved her family with all her heart, and absolutely cherished each moment she spent with them, she was one busy Nana with four grand children and one great grandchild!

Carol is preceded in death by her son Sammy Dale Bingham, husband Sammy Douglas Bingham, parents Emery and Edith Holt, two sisters Doris Barrett and Rosie Goodman, two brothers Tim Holt, and Emery Holt and nephew Jim Carol is survived by daughter Brandy Kanuch and husband T.R. of Ada, grandsons, Steven Bingham and girlfriend Heaven, and Drake Kanuch, granddaughters, Shelby Yeargan and husband Destry of Ada, Kynzi Bingham of Ada, and great grandson Brody Yeargan. She also leaves behind sisters, Marsha Bryant and Phillis Fite both of Ada and many nieces and nephews.
