Billy Gerald Treat, 88, of Woodland, California passed away October 3, 2018. He was born in Calvin, Oklahoma.

Billy was in the Navy SeaBees, and US Navy Reserve for 25 years and retired as Master Chief. Billy was a California Highway Patrol Officer for 29 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Woodland.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Geneva Treat. Survivors include son, Steve (Diane) Treat; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral service was Tuesday, October 16^th , at 1:30 p.m., at Monument Hill in Woodland, California. In lieu of flowers donations to CHP Scholarship Fund are appreciated.
