The annual Finney Reunion was held at the pavilion at Murfreesboro, Arkansas on Saturday, May 17, 2019.

Around 30 cousins and other relatives attended including the only one surviving of the ten children of the Leonard and Annie Belle (Prince) family, Rev. Dwight and Sandra Finney of Antione, Arkansas.

Rev. Aaron Finney of Allen was in attendance.

Aaron spent the weekend at the home of a cousin, Robbie and Savannah Files and Micah in Bismarck. Son Andrew, Allison and Lauren visited in the afternoon.

On Sunday they attended morning worship at the Baptist church and Sunday night at the Pentecostal Holiness. Aaron also visited the grave sites on Monday of his grandfather, Leonard Finney, and uncles Bobby and Addis at Friendship Cemetery in Amity, Arkansas before returning home that afternoon.

—O&A—On Memorial Sunday Betty Finney attended services at the Atwood Cemetery, then later visited at the home of Joyce and Ted Reynolds.

—O&A—Dennis Files, Desiree and Isaiah took a five day vacation to Arkansas to visit Dennis’ brother, Robbie and Savannah Files and Micah, in Bismarck.

Then on to Little Rock for a visit with brother Tim and Drew Files and Roman. There they saw the land sites in Conway where Tim is constructing one and two story houses. One has been completed.
