We are continuing to look at the prayers of the Bible. As we pray for revival, let us pray these scriptures for ourselves, our loved ones, and Christians everywhere.

Ephesians 3:16-19 “I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge — that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”

This life can be hard, I love that He strengthens us. And we need to know how much He loves us, this love that “surpasses knowledge.”

And most of all we need to be filled with the fullness of God, so that as God loves us, we can love others. We are God’s ambassadors drawing others to Him and reconciling them to Him. The only way we can do that is to love others as He loves us: to love, to forgive, to be patient, all the things that you need from God, to be able to give those to all others, and we can love like Him, only through being fi lled with the fullness of Him.

Our prayer for all is that God will strengthen you, that you will know how much He loves you, and that you will be fi lled with the fullness of God.
