Come learn with us about healing in the Old Testament. Jehovah Rapha “I am the Lord that healeth thee” Ex. 15:26b God healed in the Old Testament, Jesus as God healed in the New Testament’, now the Holy Spirit as God lives in us, and healing is still one of His benefi ts for all who believe. Here are some Old Testament verses that show God as the Healer (Jehovah Rapha). Psalm 107:20 He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction. Psalm 103:3 Who healed all thy diseases. Ex. 15:26 (three days after the Israelites walked through the Red Sea) “If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in His sight, and wilt give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee. Deut. 32:39 See now that I, even I, am He, and there is no God with Me; I kill and make alive; I wound, and I heal; neither is there any that can deliver out of My hand. 2 Kings 20:5b Hezekiah... I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee... There are 7 names for Jehovah. He will always be All seven.

1) Jehovah Shammah ....“Lo I am with you always”

2) Jehovah Shalom ...... “My peace I give unto you”

3) Jehovah Ra-ah ......... “The Lord is my Shepherd”

4) Jehovah Jireh ...........“The Lord will provide”

5) Jehovah Nissi .......... “The Lord is our Banner”

6) Jehovah Tsidkenu .... “The Lord our Righteousness”

7) Jehovah Rapha ........ I am the Lord that healeth thee”

Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever.” You cannot say He is the first 6 “yesterday, today, and forever”, but with 7) Jehovah Rapha He is only “yesterday and forever” (New Testament and Heaven). He is today, Now, “the Lord that healeth thee.” Please come join with us as we praise ‘God for all He is!
