Loyce Cross, 77, formerly of Allen, Oklahoma, passed away on July 8, 2019, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was born on July 4, 1942, to Eula (Strother) and Emmett Gunter in Elizabeth, Louisiana.

Loyce married Robert Elmo Cross on June 22, 1974. She enjoyed spending time with her family, attending church, cooking, playing bingo, and cards.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Elmo Cross; her son, James LaCaze; her step-son, Bob Cross; and siblings, Violet Lake, Pete Gunter, James Knapp, and Buddy Gunter.

Loyce is survived by her daughter, Wilda and husband, Craig Anderson, of Wichita Falls, Texas; daughter-in-law, Darla Cross, of Alvin, Texas; step-son, Randy and wife, Dianne Cross, of Allen, Oklahoma; and step-son, Lynn and wife, Ramona Cross, of Atwood, Oklahoma; sisters, Joyce Bryant, Sue Eppler, Peggy Doyle, and Linda Smith; and brothers, Donnie Gunter and Jerry Gunter.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Lori Eaton and fiancé, Terry Wilkins of El Reno, Oklahoma; Brian Cross of El Reno, Oklahoma; Robert Cross and wife, Cheryl of Wichita Falls; Steven Cross and fi ancé, Amber of Wichita Falls, Texas; Craig Cross of Atwood, Oklahoma; and Ashley Bratcher and husband Bry, of Lawton, Oklahoma. Also, she is survived by 12 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held at a later date.
