Voters living in Hughes County’s District #3 will be choosing a Republican candidate for County Commissioner this coming Tuesday, November 9 ^th . Four candidates are listed on the ballot for the unexpired term of Tommy Peak.

On the ballot are Jim Lively, Josh Tatum, Bill Spray and Dale Stringer.

The successful candidate will face the Democrat contender, Larry Howard, in a February 8, 2022 election.

Calvin voters will have a second decision to make as they will be asked to vote for three of the six candidates for the town’s Board of Trustees. On that ballot are Rhonda Tweedle, T.G. Adamson, Mike Troup, Kara Pembrook, Marla D. Riddle and David Webster.
