A fundraising auction is being planned for this Saturday, January 25^th , to benefit Jason Holcomb and his family as he battles a rare form of leukemia. The auction will begin at 1:00 pm in the old school gym and money raised will be used to assist with medical and travel expenses.

At this time Jason has just fi nished his first round of chemotherapy and is awaiting another bone marrow biopsy to see where his white blood cell levels are at. Currently along with the treatments, he is taking a shot in the stomach every day to help raise the count up.

A 2015 graduate of Allen High School, Jason is the son of Eric Holcomb and Shonda Moore.

A Kiss-a-Pig Challenge, sponsored by the Allen Quick Pic, was held this past fall and raised over $500 for Jason.
