Former Hughes Co Jailer Charged with Sexual Battery,

Former jailer for Hughes County, Ronee Danielle Blaylock has been charged with multiple charges, including sexual battery, after it was discovered she was having an inappropriate relationship with Hughes County Inmate, Ahmad Jacene.

On January 1st of this year, Agent Jason Scroggins with the District 22 Drug and Violent Crime Task Force obtained a search warrant for Blaylock’s cell phone after it was alleged, she had been in an ongoing relationship with an inmate. Upon reviewing the contents of Blaylock’s phone, Agent Scroggins found several inappropriate photographs of the inmate, Jacene, posing with jailer, Blaylock, in the jailer’s office of Hughes County Jail. These photographs were found along with a series of sexual text messages between the Blaylock and Jacene. Many times, the inmate would request to see the jailer naked, and the jailer would agree to and send nude photos along with sexual comments to the inmate. The jailer also requested nude photos of the inmate, which he, in return, sent to her.

A felony warrant was

issued for Ronee Daniell Blaylock on March 3rd and bond was set at $25,000. Blaylock is being charged with assisting lewd exhibition, prepare/ distribute/exhibit obscene material, sexual battery, and pattern of criminal offense. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
