It’s an Allen tradition. While no records of when it first started, we do know the Chamber of Commerce Banquet has been held annually since the early 1950s, providing an evening of food and fellowship. This year’s event has been set for next Tuesday, February 19^th , in the school cafeteria. Providing entertainment this year will be R.T. Valine. Tickets may be purchased at The Advocate offi ce, from Charles and Betty Speir, or at the door. Cost is $10 per person.
