Celebration of Life for Ragan Knickmeyer Saturday
Ragan Cash Knickmeyer left this earth on September 21, 2023 in Ada, Oklahoma. Ragan was born to Steve Knickmeyer and Linda (Gray) Knickmeyer on March 24, 1975 in Ada, Oklahoma. Ragan attended the Byng School system and graduated in 1993. He later went on to East Central University and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree. Ragan had a remarkable work ethic and was employed with Chickasaw Nation I.T. Department for sixteen years.
Ragan married the love of his life, Rachel, in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 12, 2002 and they shared twenty-one beautiful years together. Ragan enjoyed working in his shop, camping at the lake and Oklahoma Sooners Football “GO Sooners.” Ragan loved spending time with his family and friends but most of all he loved being with his wife Rachel and his three son’s Levi, Riley and Wyatt.
Ragan is preceded in death by his father Steve Knickmeyer; brother Darrel Raney; grandparents David and Bertha Gray; aunt June Kile; uncle Wayne Gray; father-inlaw Kenny Robertson; and brother -in-law Rob Robertson.
Ragan is survived by his wife, Rachel Knickmeyer, and three sons, Levi Carter, Riley and Wyatt Knickmeyer all of the home; his mother, Linda Knickmeyer; mother-in-law, Carol Robertson; brother, Rick Raney and wife Patricia Raney; brothers Steven Knickmeyer and Alan Knickmeyer; nephews, Clay Raney and Anthony Shelley; niece, Cheyenne Ezekiel; greatnephews, Grayson Ezekiel and Cohen Shelley; brother-inlaw, Mike Robertson; sister-in-law, Michelle Strange and husband Tom; nephews Cody Strange and Kolby Strange; uncle Bobby and aunt Jane Gray; Joe Knickmeyer and wife Patrice; and many cousins and loving friends that he called family.
Ragan will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Ragan our Dear and Beloved Friend Rest in Peace. WE LOVE YOU!
A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Ragan on November 18th, at 2:00 PM at the First Free Will Baptist Church in Ada, Oklahoma. Honorary pallbearers are JC Goodwin, Jeremy Bagwell, Chad Staubus, Chad Lancaster, Jamie Abbott, Josh Haines and Brian Bevers, and Max Moore.
