Today, September 8th, is a big day for Farmers State Bank, its employees, customers, and the Allen area. Today Farmers State turns 100!

Cake and punch will be served inside the lobby from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Festivities will move to the street from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. for an evening of free food, games and music. Bring your lawn chair and spend the evening in downtown Allen! This will all take place on West Broadway. There will be free hot dogs and drinks, a bounce house for the youngsters, and a DJ playing great music.

And they’re giving out $100 bills as prizes! You must be present to win.

Farmers State Bank President Debbie Ward said “We appreciate our community and want everyone to help us celebrate our 100 years of service to the area”.
