The daughter of Greg and Sue Sanders, Brooklyn has always attended Allen Schools starting 14 years ago in 2009. She has been active on the Academic Team, basketball, softball, track, FFA, BPA, FCA, FCCLA, Yearbook, Student Council, on the Ada Citizens Bank board, and on the OERB Student Board of Directors.

Brooklyn has earned the honor of being named to the National Honor Society, earned a State FFA Degree in 2023, named a Lion’s Club Student of Today 2022-2023, been on the Superintendent’s Honor Roll from 2016 to present, a Masonic Lodge Student of Today 2016 to present, Star Greenhand Degree 2020, Star Discovery Degree 2021, Homecoming Queen 2022, FFA Parliamentarian officer 2020, FFA Secretary officer 2021-2023, Student Council 20222023, and State Champion FFA-CDE Environmental Science and Natural Resources 2021.

Mrs. Clark is favorite teacher and Science is her pick of subjects.

Her future plans are to attend ECU for her basics, then transfer to OSU to pursue a degree in biology.

Brooklyn’s most memorable moment was when Kelsey, Camdyn, Jack and she would sit in Costner’s office and “do our concurrent homework.” In reality they would constantly laugh and joking around. She would always tell her mom that they got their work done in that hour but they never did. Booklyn says, “It’s so hard to choose one memory because my high school experience has been filled with great memories that I share with my friends.”
