The Big Five Head Start Program in collaboration with Allen Public Schools will start accepting pre-applications for the 2019-2020 school year at Allen elementary school on Thursday, March 28^th from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

This pre-enrollment will be for both Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 classes. Eligibility in the program is determined by the child’s age and family income based on the 2019 Family Income Guidelines.

Children enrolling in the program must turn 3 or 4 years old by September 1, 2019. Ten Percent of enrollment must be made available to children with disabilities. Parents should bring birth certifi cate, current shot record, SS#’s for all family members, SoonerCare and/or CDIB cards, parents’ income verification and proof of residence (electric, gas, water bill).
