One Pharmacist's View

It was 1955 when I first saw this Marine Sargent. He served on my ship’s security detail, the USS Lexington a carrier that fought in WWII.

I’ve got a lot of family memories and “stuff” about my family kin filed away in notebooks in my den closet. One page is about my late Uncle Paul.

No. I never owned one of those marvels of Henry Ford’s engineering but I sure wish I had when I was in high school over at Stonewall.

They don’t make creeks like they used to. I speak of Buck Creek.

Many years ago an evangelistic preacher named Dwight L. Moody has just started preaching his nightly sermon.

Is Gambling OK For Me? Years ago, I was the teacher of the elder men’s class at the First Baptist Church here in Allen (a position I no longer hold) and one old guy, tiring of hearing about Moses and Luke and John and other guys like that, wondered what we thought about gambling.

It’s graduation time all over America. I clearly remember going to school and finally graduating from Stonewall High School back in 1952.

I once read a story about a little French orphan girl named “Coco”. I didn’t think I had ever heard of “Coco” but it was her nickname.
