A Spaghetti Dinner and Live Auction has been planned for Sunday, March 1 st , 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, to assist Cassi Elliott with medical expenses. The meal will be served free of charge in the Allen School Cafeteria but donations for Cassi will be accepted.

Wins Saturday evening gave the Mustangs and Lady Mustangs the 2020 District Champions title. Both local teams defeated the Tushka Tigers.

The Allen Chamber of Commerce recently turned 100. According to The Allen Hustler newspaper dated January 23, 1920, the Chamber was formed on January 22, 1920 at the Metropolitan Hotel and it began with 75 members.

Voters have the privilege of letting their opinions be heard this Tuesday, March 3 rd , by going to the polls to cast their ballots for a presidential candidate.

The Allen Ladies captured the District title this past Saturday evening after defeating the Tushka Tigers 51 to 36. They will take on the Luther Lady Lions tonight at 6:30 pm in first round Regionals.

Allen Chamber of Commerce will have their annual banquet on Tuesday, March 3 rd , at 7:00 pm, in the Allen School cafeteria. Tickets can be purchased from the Allen Advocate or Charles and Betty Speir, the cost of tickets are $10.00.

Rocky Top Winery will be hosting a Paint Party Fundraiser to benefit Cassi Elliott and assist her with medical expenses. Cassi has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer.
