The Allen Vet Clinic and Dr Tim Costner will host the Annual Rabies Clinic on Thursday, October 24. The Clinic is all day except they will clost for lunch form 12 to 1.

The fun begins in front of the old Allen gym with the annual Zombie Run on Saturday, October 26th This activity, open to all ages, will begins at 5:30 am but come early for registration. Volunteers will be on hand to offer makeup and masks. Join the fun if you dare . . .

Bobby Keith Sliger, 88, of Witter; passed away Monday, October 7, 2024, at Washington Regional Medical Center, in Fayetteville. He was born Friday, October 18, 1935, at Holdenville, Oklahoma; to Dewey Edward and Vecil Arie Roberts Sliger.

The October meeting of the Allen City Council was held Monday night inside Allen City Hall. Members present were Dianna Brannan Charley Henthorn, Joshua Marshall and Rhonda Skelton.

Trick-or-Treat in Allen will be observed on Thursday, October 31st.
