Robert Dale Pegg, known to most as Dale, passed away peacefully at home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on July 12, 2025, just one day shy of his 76th birthday.

The Birth of a Playground

In accordance with Oklahoma State law, students are prohibited from utilizing cell phones and personal electronic devices while on the campus of a public school district from bell to bell.

After much anticipation, progress is finally underway at Allen Park! Ground was broken last week on the park’s long-awaited upgrade, and the community response has been overwhelmingly positive.

The Allen School Board recently hired longtime Allen teacher and basketball coach Greg Mills to be junior high/ high school principal.

Mother Nature wasn’t friendly or supportive of the Allen Independence Day Celebration scheduled for last Saturday. But it wasn’t a total “wash out.”
