Robert Dale Pegg, known to most as Dale, passed away peacefully at home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on July 12, 2025, just one day shy of his 76th birthday.

Born on July 13, 1949, in Allen, Oklahoma, Dale carried with him the quiet strength and steady work ethic of his roots. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, spending time in Korea before returning home to begin a long and dedicated career with the United States Postal Service. He eventually retired as postmaster of Fairland, Oklahoma — a role he took great pride in.

Dale was a man who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved working in the yard, watching westerns, and keeping things just the way he liked them. He valued peace, privacy, and the comfort of home.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen; his daughter Jessica and her son Elijah; his son Jeff; and his adult daughter Amber and her children. He will be remembered with love and gratitude by all who knew him.

In accordance with his wishes, Dale was cremated, and no memorial service will be held.
