all Allen in the contests coming out with 15-1 and 13-1. In the first game Freshman Khloe Goodson faced 15 batters and earned the 3-inning win giving up 2 hits, 1 run, and striking out 4. Offensively the Lady Mustangs scored 15 runs on 12 hits, had 12 rbi’s 6 base on balls and 1 strike-out. Davis went 2 for 3 and 2 rbi’s; Prentice 2 for 2 with 2 this and 2rbi’s. Prentice, Davis and Goodson each had doubles with Davis hitting a triple as well. Stolen Bases; Prentice (2), Woodward, Nickell and Cully.

The second game Allen won 13-1 in the runrule shortened contest. Cherish Woodward droving in 6 runs to lead Allen over Haworth. She tripled in the first, hit an inside the park home run in the second and tripled again in the third. Kryslyn Stephens pitched the complete game giving 1 hit, 2 walks and striking out 3. Offensively along with Woodwards hits, Bowerman had a double and single, Davis 2 hits 2 rbi’s, Prentice 2 hits 1 rbi, Cully 1 hit, 1 rbi, Stephens single and 1 rbi and Tresley Mowdy a single and 1 rbi. Stolen bases; Cully 3, Williams, Bowerman, Davis, Nickell, Stephens, Mowdy.

On Tuesday the Lady Mustangs picked up another run rule win, this time over Sasakwa. Bowerman drove in 4 runs on 2 hits as Allen cruised to a 11-1 win. Kryslyn Stephens earned the pitching win giving 1 hit striking out 4 in four innings. Bowerman who had another inside the park home run and Prentice who had a double in the game accounted for 6 of Allen’s runs. Also picking up a hit in the game was Woodward. Allen was issued 7 free passes and only struck out 1 time in the game. Stolen bases; Davis (2), Cully (2), Bowerman and Nickell.

Next up for the Lady Mustangs is the Rock Creek Tournament then return home on Monday to host Maysville.
