Allen is the place to be this Friday as a full day of activities is being planned.

The Chickasaw Nation will be giving free flu vaccinations to all area residents from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Allen City Hall. After taking your shot you will be entered into a drawing for $50 cash.

The traditional Homecoming Parade will be coming through downtown at 2:00 p.m. and that will be followed by a Pep Rally at the Mustang Field.

One of four lovely young ladies will be crowned during a coronation ceremony at 5:45 p.m. Running this year are senior Kaylee Davis, escorted by Bodee Barrett; junior Callie Walden, escorted by Cash Robertson; sophomore Kayla Nickell, escorted by Hunter Langley; and freshman Jessalyn Jack, escorted by Jax Watkins.

That ceremony will be followed by the Senior Night festivities. Those being recognized are football players William Moore, Bodee Garrett, Michael Simpson, Cayser Nickell and Sedrick Lindsey; cheerleaders Alexa Bailey, Elizabeth Boden-Null and Isabel Velazquez; and band member Breanna Williams.

All that is happening before the Mustangs take on the Central Sallisaw team at 7:00 p.m.
