Mustangs Rally to Defeat Broken Bow

The Mustangs ralled from a 10-1 deficiet in the fourth to defeat the Broken Bow Savages 12-11 after scoring 6 runs in the final stanza.

Allen tied the game in the bottom of the seventh thanks to a single by Jack Todd and Alex Hill and a double by Curt Carlos to tie the game. An error by Broken Bow brought home the winning Allen run.

Jagger Caldwell started the game and gave up 2 hits and 5 runs over three innings while striking out seven and walking three.

The Mustangs had 13 hits inthe game. Alex Hill and Todd each had thre hits for Alen. Todd picked up 3 rbi’s. Bodee Garrett collected 2 hits. Garret stole 2 bases. The team had 8 stolen bases.

2B Curt Carlos, Jack Todd Stolen bases Garrett 2, Brogen Goodson, Connor Smith, Emmett Koonce, Garrett Nix, Jack Todd and Noah Bray each had 1.

Allen will head to the Tushka Tournament to finish the week and host Tupelo on Tuesday.
