The trip to Vanoss was not kind to the Allen Lady Mustangs. Falling one point shy losing 45-44. The Allen team started strong outscoring Vanoss 14-4 and 11-10 in the first 2 quarters. Even though Allen was out sized they continued to battle out rebounding Vanoss 12-10 on the offensive glass. However, the 3-point shooting that started off strong cooled off as they connected on 3 of 25 in the game. Senior Ava Laden hit 2 of 4 three-point attempts. Allen was sent to the free shot line 11 times and hit 9 while Vanoss was 8 for 15.
