A celebration Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held Wednesday November 6th, to showcase the new MRI system for patients, providers and the community! This is an exciting advancement in healthcare for our patients in Holdenville and the surrounding areas.

The new Canon Vantage Orian 1.5 Tesla MRI provides superior technology and state-of-the-art imaging capabilities. It surpasses many MRI systems in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and bigger cities. The large bore opening makes having an MRI much more comfortable and tolerable for claustrophobic patients. Scan times with the new system are 30% faster than before. With insurance approval, HGH can usually get patient’s MRI scheduled and completed within seven business days or less. This is much quicker than other facilities, which have a long waiting list to get patients in for MRI studies.
