The annual Allen Alumni Weekend 2024 will be held Friday, June 14th, and Saturday, June 15th.

Orders are currently being taken for Allen Timeline T-Shirts. These shirts feature an iconic picture on the front and a timeline of Allen history on the back. All orders are due by June 3rd. The shirts are available in gray or white and cost is $20 for regular sizes and $22 for plus sizes. All proceeds from the shirt sale will go the Allen Academic Boosters and be used for next year’s Academic Awards Ceremony. An order form may be found in this issue of The Allen Advocate.

On Friday, June 14th, the day begins at 7:45 a.m. with the Alumni Golf Tournament. Play will be at the Arrowhead Golf Course in Canadian. Cost is $80 per person, four-men teams. Prizes will be given for the longest drive and closest to the hole. Payout will be based on the number of teams; at least one member of the team must have attended Allen Schools. At 7:30 p.m. the action moves to the Allen City Park for an evening of visiting and listening to music by the RCB Band.

Saturday morning, come enjoy the Nancy McDougal Pancake Breakfast. The event starts at 9:00 a.m. in the school cafeteria.

Then at 2:00 p.m. enjoy Rosie Postoak Burgers & Bingo, also at the school cafeteria.

The weekend ends Saturday night with the Alumni Co-Ed Softball Game, 7:00 p.m., at the Allen Softball Field south of town.
