We realize the importance of legal notices being published correctly and on time. Immediately after the final run, we send a proof of publication to either the Corporation Commission or the Court Clerk (whichever is applicable).A proof of publication will also be sent to your legal department.
We do not require pre-payment, and as an added service, we are now making your legal notices available to you online. Now, in conjunction with the Oklahoma Press Association, we will be offering a fully searchable archive in which your legal notices will be availble. Please contact us for more information about this service.
Confirmation will be given upon receipt of your legal notices.Our deadline is 5:00 pm, Wednesdays. The Allen Advocate is published each Thursday morning.
