Last Saturday morning, some of you may have noticed a few of our locals looking worse than normal. We understand that they had been turned into zombies. Hopefully, whoever cast the spell will bring them back to normal this week.

Senior Night to Be Friday Night

Allen High School students who participate in the football program will be honored along with their parents prior to the Allen-Maud game here Friday night. A pre-game ceremony will begin at approximately 7:10 pm.

The son or daughter will escort their parents to the field where they will be introduced. Parents having seniors in the pep club, the band or on the football team will be honored guests at the game and will be admitted free. They will all receive a flower remembrance.

Forty-four East central University students have been selected to who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

They join an elite group of students selected from more than 1,000 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and several foreign nations.
