Another Pearl Harbor

Posted in:

Another December 7 th . Yes, it is another Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day next Monday. It is an internationally known metaphor for disasters such as the day Japanese aircraft mounted a sneak attack on America’s 7 th fleet peacefully at anchor in Hawaii. As such the slogan is remembered to this day.

Other disasters stalk America this December 7 th . Four years ago, Donald Trump dumped the climate control accords. Extremist from the 8 disastrous years of Obama went purple with rage. However, the Paris accords had already been unanimously recognized as an unmitigated failure by everyone else. But now a handful of extremists now take credit for Joe Biden’s election victory. Many of my fellow Democrats are saying “huh?” Even National Geographic Magazine, often leading the charge against global warming and excess Carbon Dioxide in our air were saying, hold on!

As it turns out, Donald Trump was right. Many European countries are now accused of doing little on their own. Instead they just sit back and complained about us. The Geographic says these loud complainers would have to triple their own emissions goal just to catch up with what the U.S. was already accomplishing on global warming. Strange commentary indeed from National Geographic Society.

Another chronic whiner, Beijing, is by far the world’s biggest polluter along with India. Both countries are still building coalburning electric plants. They are unfazed and unconcerned by their crash programs to build these nightmarish polluters. They are only concerned about their own needs. Unnoticed by everyone is this: the United States has, in spite of an ever-growing Gross National Product list and under the hated Trump has sharply decreased Carbon Dioxide emissions. Pollution of the air by Lead, Carbon Dioxide, Methane, Carbon Monoxide, and other Carbon gasses is down to record lows.

The “cursed” Trump and American energy companies are made out to be America’s worst enemies. Trump with his “America First” slogans removed many executive orders that President Obama and Biden had slapped against our energy companies. The left winger socialists have now put the final kill on coal mining in the U.S. (which was dying quite well on its own). Never in history had the world seen a government cripple the energy companies (oil, coal, and gas) so severely as did the Obama/Biden government did. It was felt by some that these actions of leftwing emotions, more than anything had led to the fall of Obama’s democrats four years ago. Venezuelan-style ideas.

The tragic thing here is that the U.S. now has more than an abundance of shale oil and gas. This inexpensive and exceptionally clean source of energy has been developed in the U.S. to a point that we are now an energy exporter. Especially of oil and natural gas. Gas that is repeatedly called, “The wonder fuel of the 21 st century.”

“Putting America First” was an idea whose time is now ending. The reactivation of the Paris Accords means unfettered spending to electrify America with wind power and solar energy. Those scientists who have a surprisingly good grasp of Albert Einstein’s theory about energy may well be puzzled by all this. Reminds me of the guy who wanted to simply plug the electric motors into the generator that makes the power back into that generator. The perpetual motion machine.

One newsperson said, “no worry.” Even VP Elect Harris is tracking to the right as she finds out these ideas of hers will not work. Really? I hope he is right. But it looks to me like they are giving over to ANTIFA and other foreign financed groups who put America last.

And if you think for a second that politicians change their ways when their ideas do not work, I say again, just have a look at Venezuela. Let us hope the old rank and file—for the people— Democrats—step up and reclaim our party and restore its interests back to America first.

I also hope all of you have a good week and remember to go to church Sunday and also remember, I enjoy hearing from readers. Well usually.
