Coach Greg Mills had praise for his boys. “It was close, just not quite close enough. We had them tied several times but they always managed to pull just a little ahead. We are just working on getting the right combination of players. We’ve had a few scrimmages and JV games so we are getting our younger kids some experience and we are going to need every one of them.”
The teams head to Konawa this Thursday to compete in the Konawa Invitational Tournament. The girls tip off at 11:00 am, followed by the Allen
boys at 12:15 pm. The Mustangs will be back at home next Thursday, January 16th , when the Silo Rebels come to town.
